The Perry family have been making award winning craft ciders in Somerset, England since 1920. Their ciders have been fermented in the same way for 90 years with as little intervention as possible.
Perry's Cider produce free thinking ciders with depth of flavour using only the simplest and purest of means. This includes using only the apples own "wild" yeasts to turn natural sugars to alcohol.
Perry's use the same two hydraulic presses that they installed in the 1950s. These presses have squeezed over 7 million pints of cider each.
They use small batch techniques and careful selection of apples to produce a range of blended and single varietal ciders using only the simplest and purest of means.
With 90 years of experience, Perry's have got pretty good at making great cider. Here are some awards for their ciders from 2016:
